For all of our bras we recommend going one shirt size and cup size down compared to what you usually wear. Alternatively, you can use the below sizing chart. Please shoot us an email if you have any questions about sizing, we're more than happy to help!

When measuring yourself, first measure under your boobs. This will give you the underbust measurement. Secondly, measure around your widest part of your breasts (yes, we're talking about where your nipples are!). If you fall between sizes choose the smaller size. If you're sitting on the cusp of a size go down to the next shirt size and/or cup size.
