Return Policy
Bras
Sometimes in life things just don't go the way we planned. That's why we're happy to exchange any bras that don't fit. However, the tags must remain on the bra in order to receive an exchange or refund. Why? We need to ensure the bras have not already been worn due to hygiene reasons. If there is an issue with the bra outside of sizing please contact us and send through any relevant images.
If you would like a refund (sad face) or exchange please shoot us an email at erin@tobuckleburyferry.com with the bra colour and size you would like to send back and what size you would like to exchange it for.
What's next? We'll email you back with the address to send back the bras to. It is your responsibility to send the bra back to us, but we'll send back the correct size free of charge, of course!
Mumma Necklaces
Please email us if you need a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of bubbas putting them in their mouths, there are some parameters around this exchange.
Soaps and hair products
Soaps and solid hair products are packaged so that they don’t break, in the event that this happens please contact us at erin@tobuckleburyferry.com and please supply photos. Soap bars can not be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind.
Clothing (shirts, rompers, hoodies etc)
Please check the sizing guide before ordering to ensure you have the right size. As this is a print of demand product it can take up to two weeks to have it reprinted.
Please take care when washing your clothing, which has a DTG print on it (all our products in the Clara Belle Collection). Over washing, high heats, long exposure to direct sunlight and using the dryer may effect the print on the clothing. Unfortunately of care is not taken while washing we can not provide a refund or exchange.
